After you submit your order, 3 business days (or less) is all it takes for your order to be pulled from our shelves, packed securely into a box, and handed off to a mail carrier on its way to you.
Once your order has been produced, packaged, and shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number that will follow every movement of that package within the US. Other countries may have full tracking as well, and you can see which ones on a list below..

If your country is not listed below, tracking will be available from departure through entry to the destination country. You may be able to continue tracking your package through your local postal office’s tracking service.

Chinese Holidays Reminder
During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day (October 1) and Chinese New Year (February 1, 2022), services from certain factories and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 5-10 days.
